SIA "CHEAP CLOTHES" (brand AV STYLE), REGISTRATION NO. LV40203610672, ADDRESS Ausmas, Kandava, Kandavas pag., Tukuma rajons, LV-3120, Latvia (hereinafter – the Online Store) provides the content available on the website and offers goods/services in accordance with the Terms of Use set out below.
  1. General Provisions
    If a consumer purchases goods/services through the website, such mutual agreement is considered a Distance Contract and is subject to the legal norms of the Republic of Latvia governing distance contracts, including, but not limited to, the "Consumer Rights Protection Law" of the Republic of Latvia, the Cabinet of Ministers Regulations "Regulations on Distance Contracts", etc.

  2. Making Purchases
    The prices and specifications of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products.
    To place an order, add the desired products to the shopping cart. Fill in all required fields and select the most suitable delivery method. The total cost of the order including delivery is then displayed on the screen. Make the payment to complete the order.

  3. Payment Terms
    The currency of payment on the site is the euro. Purchases can be paid for using the following payment methods provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv, Maksekeskus AS:

Latvian internet banking payments: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, and Luminor

Visa/Mastercard card payments

NB! When using an internet banking payment method, confirm the order and click the "Return to merchant" button.
Personal data required for processing payments is transferred to the licensed payment institution Maksekeskus AS.
The contract enters into force upon successful payment to the online store's bank account. If for any reason it is not possible to fulfill the order, the Buyer will be informed and the amount paid will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the notification.

  1. Delivery Terms
    Goods are delivered to the following countries: Latvia. Purchased goods are delivered using parcel locker services and courier post. All duties and taxes payable to receive the shipment at the delivery destination must be covered by the Buyer. Delivery costs are displayed before order confirmation. Purchased goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within 2–5 business days. In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to dispatch goods up to 45 calendar days, informing the customer accordingly.

  2. Right of Withdrawal
    The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the goods within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the Goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Buyer is a legal entity.
    To exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, the goods may only be used for their intended purposes; the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the withdrawal period. If the goods are used inappropriately or damaged, handled carelessly during use, or instructions are not followed, or if the original packaging of the product is lost or significantly damaged, the online store reserves the right to reduce the refunded amount in accordance with the reduction in the value of the goods.
    To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must submit a withdrawal form, which can be found on the website [in the Right of Withdrawal section], by sending it to the email address cheap.clothes.lv@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the goods.
    The Buyer covers the costs of returning the goods, except in cases where the reason for return is that the goods do not comply with the order (for example, an incorrect or defective product).
    The Buyer is obliged to return the Goods to the Seller without delay, but no later than 14 days after sending the withdrawal form to the online store. After receiving the returned goods, the online store immediately, but no later than within 14 days, refunds all payments received from the buyer under the Distance Contract.
    The Seller has the right to withhold payment until receiving the Goods from the Buyer or proof of return of the goods. If the buyer has chosen a shipping method other than the cheapest offered by the online store, the online store is not obligated to compensate the excess shipping costs.
    The online store is not responsible for delays in fulfilling obligations or non-performance caused by circumstances and obstacles beyond its reasonable control.
    The online store reserves the right to refuse to sell goods and demand the return of goods from the Buyer if the price indicated in the online store is significantly lower than its market price due to an error.

  3. Consumer Rights Regarding Non-Conforming Goods
    The online store is responsible for any non-compliance of the sold goods with the contract terms or defects that occur within 6 months after the date of delivery to the customer, or were present at the time of delivery, unless such an assumption contradicts the nature of the item or defect. The Buyer must inform the Seller of the non-compliance immediately, within 2 months of discovering it (i.e., submit a complaint). The Buyer can submit a complaint by contacting the online store via email at cheap.clothes.lv@gmail.com or by calling +371 24855356.
    The online store is not responsible for defects that occur after the goods have been delivered to the Buyer. If the purchased goods have defects for which the Seller is responsible, the Buyer has the right to request the rectification of defects or an exchange for new goods free of charge.
    If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Seller will refund all payments provided for in the Distance Contract to the Buyer. The Seller provides a written response to the consumer's complaint within 15 days.

  4. Processing of Buyer's Personal Data
    The online store processes only the personal data that the buyer has entered when ordering goods, such as name, surname, email, etc.
    The online store transfers personal data to transport service providers and the payment platform to ensure order fulfillment and product delivery.
    If you have explicitly agreed to receive our marketing communications, including newsletters, we may contact you from time to time with information about our services and latest offers. For this purpose, we may process the email address you provided when signing up for marketing communication. The Buyer can opt out of marketing communications by notifying us via email at cheap.clothes.lv@gmail.com.

  5. Dispute Resolution Procedure
    In matters not covered by these terms and conditions, the Buyer and Seller undertake to comply with the regulatory acts in force in the Republic of Latvia.
    The Parties shall resolve all disputes arising between the Seller and the Buyer through mutual negotiations or correspondence. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations or correspondence, the Parties will resolve it in the court of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with LR regulatory acts. Disputes between the Buyer (consumer) and the Seller may be referred to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre or a court of the Republic of Latvia.
    The Buyer also has the right to apply to European Union dispute resolution institutions.
