SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few additional days. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.
Domestic Shipping — Latvia
We offer the following delivery options within Latvia:

We ship internationally via Svodzija, which includes DHL, DPD, FedEx and other major carriers.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order directly on the carrier's website.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
AV STYLE is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, or events outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at cheap.clothes.lv@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.
